This qigong sequence is designed for grounding and releasing negative energy. It can be used any time you want to fortify your sense of safety and security, and any time you want to release yourself from the energy, stress, and tension that does not serve you. If you have the option, practicing barefoot outdoors (ex: grass, beach sand…) will amplify the benefits even further. This sequence is appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
