Alexandra aka “Ali” Dowling was born in Brooklyn, New York, USA into a family of six. At 24 years old she experienced the covid pantomime while attending Georgia State University. Alexandra did not want to be affiliated with any organization participating in the vile deception, so she dropped out. She discovered Sacha Stone’s vital lifeworks in multi-faceted NewEarth initiatives, and immediately reached out to connect as she always knew that she was here to help usher in a new world. 

For the past four years Alexandra has assisted with logistical work for different NewEarth projects, which include, but are not limited to producing Sacha’s U.S. tour in the Spring of 2024. She also began passionately studying esoteric law forms during her free time. Immediately seeing the importance in the spread of these freedom keys, the vision of a Sovereignty Academy was birthed.

Alexandra’s keen devotion to helping all realize their sovereign birthright has naturally developed into accepting a role as the Sovereignty Academy’s Director. In association with NEU’s School of Natural Law, she helps build the Sovereignty Academy with various administrative duties including strategic marketing, outreach and logistics, and integral natural law research.
