Jayne Marquis is a Naturopathic Doctor and Homeopath living on a Horse Farm in Caledon, Ontario, Canada. Jayne has a background in business and Ballroom dance, and currently loves ‘anything horse’ and the sport of trampoline. She studied to become a Naturopathic Doctor at the Canadian Collage of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto Ontario, learning to treat with Botanical Medicine, Nutritional Therapy, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, Physical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Life Style Counseling.

Dr. Marquis fell in love with Homeopathy while she was studying to become a Naturopathic Doctor. The principles of Homeopathy resonated profoundly, as she had always held the belief that all physical ailments have a mental emotional component. Homeopathy is a system of medicine based on the philosophy that “like cures like,” or “similar must be cured by similar.” The remedy must match the patient’s symptoms on all levels for the remedy to be considered “similar.” When the remedy matches the patient’s condition perfectly, the remedy is said to be the “simillimum.” This is the remedy that will produce complete healing.

Jayne went on to get a degree in Homeopathy at The Ontario Collage of Homeopathic Medicine. She worked with – and learned from – as many Homeopathic masters as she could, including Jan Scholten, Louis Klein (3-year master clinician course), Rajan Sankaran, Franz Vermeulen, Divya Chhabra and more. Her respect, admiration, and learning for this important medicine is always growing and evolving. Dr. Marquis is a longtime faculty member of the NewEarth University’s School of Health & Wellness currently working out of her clinic in two Ontario locations.
