RAMP in-home series: plyometrics training – lee davy (video)


This video features an 18-min. upper body workout, the second program in the RAMP fitness series (rapid acceleration of muscular progress) developed and hosted by Lee Davy.  RAMP is based on sport-science and works by combining specific exercises with varying of tempo and number of reps to produce maximum results in minimum time.  Upper body isometric contractions are mixed in with plyometrics during this in-home training.
