Juliette Bryant presents nutrition in a way you’ve never heard before: combining the latest nutritional science with practical advice and inspirational recipes to transform health.  The essence of her work is to empower people with simple tools to enhance their lives.  Her motto is to “let delicious food be your medicine.”  She explores the fundamentals of medicinal food, the importance of conscious living, subtle energy and the mind and finish with a demonstration of some of Juliette’s favourite superfood treats.

With a large client-base of people who have benefited enormously from her consultations, Juliette is in demand for inspirational workshops, talks and webinars that she presents internationally.  She also writes for magazines and journals on healthy food, has written a book, “Divine Detox” and is working on several more books and web TV projects.

Her passion is to show clients, which includes schools, restaurants and juice bars around the world, that gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free foods can be delicious, look fantastic and have medicinal and health benefits, too.  She has made over 50 episodes of Juliette’s Kitchen, a web TV show, where she demonstrates a wide range of medicinal recipes during her global travels.  Juliette sees the solutions nature provides and has changed the lives of hundreds of people by showing simple ways that food can help us heal.
